Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, and you're never billed unless you choose to top up.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you can switch to your local currency, such as Indian rupees, euros or pounds, and the converted amount is shown before you pay. Local taxes may apply.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards, plus local methods where available (for example UPI in India). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; your card details never reach our servers.
Will I get an invoice?
Your purchase history, including the amount and currency you paid, is on your billing page. If you need a tax invoice, contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Requests return HTTP 402 insufficient_credits and nothing is charged. Top up any amount and your requests work again immediately.
