Do I need to sign up to try the APIs?
No. Every endpoint with public demo data has a "Try it live" button that runs a real request with a preset input (Instagram's own @instagram account, YouTube's own channel). To use your own inputs, create a free account: you get 100 free credits.
How do credits work?
You buy credits once and spend them per successful API call. Each endpoint has a fixed credit cost shown on its page (for example, Instagram endpoints cost 2 credits per call). Credits never expire and there is no subscription.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. Errors, "not found" responses, provider failures and invalid input are never charged. Credits are only used when the call returns data.
Are there rate limits?
There is no per-key request limit: your credit balance is the only limit, so you can run requests in parallel. Some providers can take up to about 60 seconds for heavy requests such as comments, so set your HTTP timeout accordingly.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. Prices are set in US dollars and you can choose to pay in your local currency at checkout, for example Indian rupees, euros or pounds. The converted amount is shown before you pay.
What data do you return?
Publicly available data only: public profiles, posts, reels and comments on Instagram, and public channels, videos, playlists and comments on YouTube. Private accounts and private content are not accessible.
How fresh is the data?
Each request fetches current data from the platform when you call, so follower, like and view counts are up to date. Identical requests made within moments of each other may return the same very recent result.

Do you offer an SDK?
You don't need one: it's a plain HTTPS + JSON API. Every endpoint page has ready-to-paste code for cURL, PHP, Python, Node.js and Go.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments by card (and local methods such as UPI in India where available). Your card details never reach our servers.
